Fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, queen fold out couch, cable TV, washer & dryer, wood stove, outside fireplace & patio, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Check out the pictures at the bottom of this page.

Check-in time is after 2PM and check-out time is 10AM.  The following terms & conditions apply at check-in.

Maximum number of guests is 8 people.

Rate:  1st bed is $75 per night.  Each additional bed is $55 per night.

Damage deposit of $250 is due upon arrival.  The deposit is not applied toward rent, however, it is fully refundable upon check-out provided the following provisions are met:

1. No damage is done to home or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.

2. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

3. No linens are lost or damaged (Linens & bath towels are included in the unit)

4. No smoking in the home

5. Shoes are taken off at front entry (I just had new carpet installed!)

No daily maid service, but will be available at additional cost.

Firewood is available at additional cost - ask Karen about this.

Cancellation policy:  Reservation must be cancelled 7 days in advance or your credit card will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost.  Exceptions to this policy will be up to the homeowner.  Credit card information will be required when reservation is made.
